You are looking for all the characteristics of the local rustic village pub, with the addition of quality locally sourced food & an atmosphere that’s hard to leave behind.

The Victory Inn is what everybody is looking for!

The Victory Inn is set in the idyllic village of Wickham St Pauls, three miles from Halstead & Sudbury. Log Fires in the Winter & Cricket on the Green in the Lazy Summer Days are just a small example of what makes this quaint village pub & its location so popular with both residents & visitors from a far.

Jon & his wife Celia have taken their previous experience in the trade & joined forces with some old & new acquaintances to provide what they consider to be a “Quality Village Pub”. With exciting dishes, both for the formal & informal expectant guest.

Formerly the Manager of The Victory Inn two years previous, Jon stated “It’s a bit of an un written rule, that licensee’s never return to an establishment of previous, but on this occasion it feels right, Jon, Celia & The Team are excited about the future of this idyllic Pub Restaurant”

“The Victory Inn” has also teamed up with many local suppliers’ to include Local Farmshops. Not only can you sample some of the interesting rare breed meats & mouth watering cheeses on the menu, but you will soon be able to purchase some of their homemade chutney’s & sauces at selected outlets in the local area.
